WARRANTY
I. Euro Design Systems INC warrants
that its products shall be free of all substantial defects in
original material and workmanship that may become evident within
five (5) years from the date of purchase.
II. Euro Design Systems INC does
not Warrant apparent defects caused by abusive or abnormal use
of the product.
III. Euro Design Systems INC does
not Warrant damage as a result of unauthorized modifications
to our products.
IV. Euro Design Systems INC may repair
or replace at its option, any portion of the subject products
which prove to be defective under the terms of this warranty
at no further cost to the buyer.
V. There are no implied warranties
of fitness or merchantability, and there are no other express
warranties beyond the warranties expressed here.
VI. Euro Design Systems INC shall
be liable under this warranty only of the cost or, at its option,
the repair or replacement of the defective products.
VII. All incidental or consequential
damages which may rise, including but not limited to business
losses, personal property damage, and third party liabilities
are hereby excluded.
Science Lab Line
Euro Design Systems INC offers an
exclusive ten (10) year warranty on our Science Lab Line. Science
Lab frames shall be free of all substantial defects in original
material and workmanship that may become evident within ten
(10) years from the date of purchase. All other products for
the Science Block chose by Euro Design Systems, such as faucet’s,
sinks, etc. are warranted by individual product manufacturers.
®TopLabPLUS WARRANTY
Trespa North America offers the following
for their ®TopLabPLUS product: Work tops to be warranted
against delamination for 10 years. The factory authorized fabricator,
product installer and material manufacturer must sign the Warranty
documents and submit a copy to the Contractor.
